About Consurv

Specialist Knowledge of How Buildings Perform

Consurv are a specialist surveying practice which has been servicing the Commercial and Conservation construction industries for more than 30 years. We specialise in the use of non-destructive investigative and intervention techniques to maintain and preserve buildings in optimum condition.

Our Approach

Our team of experts provide impartial, practical advice on the safest, most cost-effective repair or maintenance action to ensure the health of your building and the safety of the occupant, employees and customers. Consurv’s Condition and Conservation Surveys are more comprehensive than standard surveys due to our extensive knowledge of Building Pathology.

We have our own testing laboratory where we diagnose existing and emerging problems, give a clear understanding of what is causing them, and recommend action to ensure that your building stays healthy. This provides certainty that the quality of construction in newly-commissioned projects or the refurbishment and treatment of issues arising in existing buildings meets required standards.
